CompensationPay Range: $97,000-$135,000 Per Year
Job DescriptionJoin our team in Houston, TX as a full-time supervisor in the accounting field. You will lead a team of professionals, focusing on enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Collaborate with partners to manage accounting transactions, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy using general office technology.
Key Responsibilities- Guide team in career development and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate efforts to maintain financial accounting controls and record integrity.
- Develop and manage financial analysis and reporting.
- Communicate data and analysis to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least six years of diverse accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Proficiency in general office technology and PC skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience In Team Leadership Or Supervision Preferred.
