• Broad exposure to SEC reporting work, including 10‑Ks, 10‑Qs, IPOs, registration statements, and reverse mergers.
• Join a high‑growth, entrepreneurial practice serving 80+ public companies across national and global markets.

• Lead and execute audit engagements for public and private clients, ensuring compliance with PCAOB or AICPA standards.
• Manage sections of complex audits including revenue, equity, debt, valuations, and business combinations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing 10‑K/10‑Q filings and other SEC‑related documentation.
• Coach, supervise, and mentor junior staff throughout engagements.
• Identify audit issues and provide practical, well‑reasoned solutions.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver high‑quality work within deadlines.
• Build strong client relationships and support ongoing communication.

• 2–4+ years of audit experience (public‑company experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, PCAOB or AICPA standards.
• Experience with SEC engagements is a bonus but not essential.
• Driven, curious, and motivated to progress in a fast‑expanding team.
