Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits
The Role This is a full-time, on‑site position working closely with our Controller to manage the day‑to‑day financial aspects of the business. You'll own core accounting functions, support strategic planning, and help drive process improvements across the department.
Responsibilities- Manage AP, AR, and general ledger
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and statements
- Office Payroll
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Support audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
