Accounts Payable Analyst

A well-established wealth management firm is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Analyst to step in and stabilize a high-volume AP function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in multi-entity environments, enjoys working with complex allocations, and can quickly bring organization to a busy payables workflow.

You’ll join a collaborative accounting team and play a key role in ensuring invoices, payments, and approvals stay accurate and on schedule during a critical transition period.

• Code and process 100–200+ invoices per month across multiple entities

• Allocate shared/vendor expenses to correct entities and accounts

• Prepare and process high-volume check runs and electronic payments

• Set up wire and ACH transfers within banking platforms

• Enter and maintain AP data in the accounting system

• Assist with occasional AR tasks as needed

• AP experience in multi-entity or allocation-heavy environments

• Strong organization and ability to manage high transaction volume

• Comfort juggling multiple priorities and deadlines

• Excel skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or similar)
