Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting/Deposits Staff Position to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily deposits and load to bank remotely. Ensure credit for payment is applied to customers.
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Post purchase orders, make price changes for products
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Support CPA in preparing government reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or 15 hours of college level accounting
• Strong attention to detail and capable of multitasking
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented, capable of working independently
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in process management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Desktop
