Walker Elliott is recruiting for Engineering Tech, Well View to join our oil and gas client in Houston. The Engineering Technician will work closely with field operations and accounting teams to support daily production and accounting activities. This role is ideal for someone with prior upstream experience who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with 6,000+invoices/month. This will be full time position, 9/80 schedule.
Responsibilities- Processing and matching a high volume of invoices (6,000+ per month) in Well View and Open Invoice
- Research, analysis, and reporting
- Working with field teams to resolve invoice questions
- Supporting both Accounting and Operations
- Upstream oil and gas knowledge (operations side)
- Well View and/or Open Invoice
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
