Key Responsibilities- Oversee the monthly close process and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare and present detailed cost analyses and operational reports for management.
- Collaborate with auditors and support audit processes with thorough documentation and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in cost and inventory management.
