AP Specialist

We’re partnering with a Houston-based General Contractor to find an Accounting Associate who will play a key role in their financial operations.

• Process accounts payable, including invoice verification, coding, and vendor payments.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
• Support the Controller with month-end close, financial reporting, and administrative duties.
• Maintain organized accounting files and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize Sage Peachtree (preferred) or other accounting software to manage transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, and/or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Sage Peachtree is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation: $60,000 per year
