Join us to grow your career while working in a dynamic and supportive environment! We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee billing and collections functions while supporting key financial operations across the Firm.

Reporting directly to the CFO/Controller, you will manage a team of Billing Clerks, an e‑Billing Coordinator, an Accounts Receivable Clerk, and a Collections Analyst.

Your responsibilities include:

• Billing & Collections Lead monthly client invoicing, manage complex billing scenarios, oversee e‑billing processes, monitor accounts receivable, and mentor billing staff.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting Manage month‑end close, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with audits and partnership tax returns.
• Collaboration & Leadership Provide support across departments, guide your team, and serve as a trusted resource for attorneys and professional staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA a plus)
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a professional services environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Elite, Microsoft Office, and other accounting/office software
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
