Overview

Well-established, multi-entity organization in a stable industry is hiring an Accountant II due to a long-tenured retirement. This role supports multiple entities and plants and offers strong benefits, including 401(k) and pension

Schedule:

2 days WFH / 3 days in-office

• Month-end close and general ledger accounting
• Bank reconciliations and fixed assets
• Variance analysis and cost center review
• Intercompany entries and journal entries
• Support audits and ad-hoc reporting

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• ERP experience required (SAP/HANA a strong plus)
• Strong Excel skills
• Multi-entity accounting experience

• Prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and manage the monthly close, including preparation of P&L and balance sheet reports.
• Manage intercompany accounting across a multi-entity structure, including consolidation of 15 financial statements, eliminations, and reconciliations, and support related-party reporting for IRS Forms 5471 and 5472 under Form 1120.
