Staff Accountant
Salary: $60K-$70K + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Perform full‑cycle accounting including AP, AR, general ledger management, journal entries, and close activities
- Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries with accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
- Maintain balance sheet and income statement schedules and supporting documentation
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, preparing detailed financial reporting packages
- Monitor and maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and related transactions
- Investigate and resolve errors or inconsistencies in financial data for assigned cost centers
- Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support internal and external audit requests and schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; ability to learn and use financial/accounting systems
