Senior Accountant

Reports To: Senior Manager of Accounting

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the corporate accounting and financial reporting functions within a dynamic and growing organization. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, supporting monthly close activities, and assisting with the integration of newly acquired entities. This position requires a strong technical understanding of GAAP, experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), and a proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Prepare and record journal entries in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Perform timely and accurate balance sheet account reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Partner with internal teams to evaluate and integrate accounting processes for newly acquired entities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and enhance documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementation initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or active progress toward certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and understanding of internal controls.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems preferred;
  Ess Base familiarity a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
