Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Job Duties

• Prepare/post monthly JEs for revenue recognition, COGS, and revenue‑related accruals
• Validate revenue activity and margin accuracy in financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and internal revenue policies
• Manage the end‑to‑end billing process with timely, accurate invoicing
• Monitor aging, drive proactive collections, and reduce DSO
• Partner with Sales/Operations to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Reconcile AR, deferred revenue, and unbilled receivables monthly
• Manage progress billings and related adjustments
• Prepare documentation for internal/external audits
• Uphold strong internal controls across O2C and revenue cycles

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years in O2C, Revenue Accounting, or Accounts Receivable
• Strong grasp of accrual accounting and revenue‑to‑cost matching
• Proficiency with a major ERP and advanced Excel
• Detail‑driven with excellent organization and cross‑functional collaboration skills

• High‑impact scope across revenue integrity and cash flow
• Hybrid flexibility (3 in office / 2 remote)
• Exposure to operations, sales, and finance with clear growth pathways
