Our client is a mid-sized public company looking to bring in an SEC Reporting Consultant for several months.
Responsibilities:- Significant experience preparing the following SEC Reporting forms:
- Registration Statements: S-1, S-3, S-4
- Technical Accounting Application (US GAAP, IFRS)
- Consolidated financial statement preparation
- Monthly/Quarter and Year‑end closing processes
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 7‑10 years of experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Accounting Standards
- Public Accounting experience is a plus
- CPA and/or MBA is preferred
