Senior Staff Accountant | Southeast Houston (Onsite)

We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to support accounting operations in a deadline-driven environment. This role offers exposure to the full accounting cycle and the opportunity to work with a strong, collaborative team.

• Support the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, fixed assets, and monthly close
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• Complete general ledger, bank, and expense reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support audits and special accounting projects as needed
• Prepare schedules and reports for monthly reporting
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX for accounting, inventory, and cost allocations
• Maintain department calendars to ensure deadlines are met

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and month-end close
• ERP experience preferred (Dynamics AX, SL, or GP)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
