Overview
This is a 1 year contract position and is hybrid. In office days are Wednesday.
Responsibilities- Accurately posts all assigned manual and electronic payments to customer accounts.
- Daily research of check payments to determine corresponding customer account.
- Verifies accuracy, researches discrepancies and reconciles payment errors.
- Resolves and reports issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Works on special projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This position requires excellent organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills to ensure payments are posted correctly into customer accounts. Candidate must demonstrate a positive demeanor, good verbal, and written communication skills. Candidate must have the ability to work independently without close supervision. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
