What You’ll Be Responsible For as the Grant Accountant:

• Manage the full financial lifecycle of grant-funded programs, including budgets, expenditures, and reporting

• Ensure accurate tracking of grants and restricted funds in compliance with funding requirements

• Prepare grant-related financial reports and assist with audits and reviews

• Process payroll and properly allocate labor costs across grants and cost centers

• Reconcile payroll distributions to the general ledger and support month-end and year-end close activities

What We’re Looking For in the Grant Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA preferred

• 2–4+ years of experience in grant, fund, or nonprofit accounting

• Solid understanding of grant compliance requirements and payroll processes

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and reconciliation skills
