Accounting Manager

• Support and influence month-end close activities in a multi-entity, growth-oriented environment
• Take ownership of acquisition-related accounting efforts, including purchase price accounting and integration support
• Apply technical accounting judgment to complex transactions and evolving business needs
• Serve as a thought partner to accounting leadership on process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Support audit and review activities, including preparation of analyses and technical documentation
• Provide oversight and mentorship for Accounting team
• Assist with strengthening controls, documentation, and consistency as the organization scales

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• Experience as an Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller preferred; strong Audit Managers will also be considered
• Demonstrated experience with purchase price accounting and technical accounting under U.S. GAAP
• Industry experience highly preferred, including exposure to month-end close, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives
• Prior experience in a private equity, acquisitive, or high-growth environment is advantageous
