What You’ll Do as the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Lead general ledger activities and play a key role in month-end and year-end close

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

• Support AP, AR, and cash management functions as needed

• Assist with audits, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal reporting

• Partner with leadership to enhance accounting processes and ensure GAAP compliance

What We’re Looking For in the Senior Staff Accountant:

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with strong GL and reconciliation skills

• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards

• Advanced Excel proficiency; ERP experience (Sage Intacct, Net Suite, SAP, or similar) preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
