Our client are a fast-growing and ambitious company who are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join their expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth, overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping operations, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities- All aspects of the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts requirements
- Management of VAT, PAYE, RCT, Intrastat and VIES returns
- Management of weekly and monthly payroll
- Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Supplier rebate management
- Maintenance of Annual Leave roster
- Experience in payroll management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Competent in using IT and software systems (full training provided on accounting system)
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised, good communicator, and effective team player
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking, and flexible
