Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk

We’re hiring a Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk for our Southeast Houston, TX area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

  Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk
• Location:
  
  Southeast Houston
• Pay: $22/hr.
  
  - $25/hr.
• Hours:
  
  5 hours / day M-Th anytime between the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm
• Duration: 3-6 months

• Process incoming A/P invoices with PO matching
• Issue weekly employee reimbursements
• Issue weekly vendor payments
• Set up new vendors in Net Suite
• Maintain files for W9 compliance
• Process monthly credit card expenses

• High School Diploma or GED required, 2+ years' a/p experience
• Proficient skills in Excel
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably Net Suite
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel
