Accounts Receivable Analyst

Ledgent Finance and Accounting is in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist with 3+ years' experience
. This is a temporary position of 5 months or longer
. This position is 100% in office located in The Woodlands and the pay rate is $25/hr.

• Reconciling payments focusing on chargebacks and returns
• Complete the process to dispute chargebacks with the bank and ensure all proper documentation is provided.
• Communicate via email to customers as needed
• Ensure our billing system is up to date with payments
• Our billing system is ARIA and our CRM is Salesforce, prior experience is a plus but not necessary
• Various other possible AR Tasks on reconciling our billing system and our CRM

• 3+ years of recent accounts receivables/billing experience
• Strong Excel
• ARIA or Salesforce experience preferred
