A company in West Houston isarren seeking a Payroll Professional to join their team on a direct hire basis. This role will work in office Monday‑Thursday and remote on Friday. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of Payroll experience and strong experience analyzing data for discrepancies and trends.
Base Pay Range$80,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr
Work ArrangementMonday‑Thursday in‑office, Friday remote.
Responsibilities- Bi‑weekly payroll for 750‑800 employees
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and HLOOKUP
- Using Paycom for third‑party processing; all pre‑GL work in Excel
- Extract data from Paycom, determine necessary entries, and upload to accounting software
- Analyze processes and procedures, taking ownership of process improvement
- Analyze data for discrepancies and trends
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 5+ years of payroll experience (required)
- Strong experience analyzing data сценарий discrepancies and trends
