We are working with a rapidly growing, well‑capitalized construction company backed by private equity and are seeking an Accounting Manager to help scale our finance and accounting operations. • Partner with the Controller to oversee core accounting functions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records while supporting timely and reliable internal and external reporting
• Review, process, and document cash disbursement activity in compliance with established company policies
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls related to accounting, cash management, and credit activity
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reporting packages, forecasts, and lender‑required reporting
• Evaluate historical and current financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, ongoing budget tracking, and variance analysis
• Support year‑end audit activities and coordination with external stakeholders as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at scaling systems, processes, and reporting capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required)
• Experience in construction, project‑based, or PE‑backed environments a plus
• Public accounting, industry or mix
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Ability to balance hands‑on execution with process improvement
