Tax Senior or Manager

Due to practice growth, Our Client is seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join their team. This role will assist with tax compliance and planning for a wide range of clients, including businesses in healthcare, construction, real estate, manufacturing, broker‑dealers, and professional services, as well as high-net-worth individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to build technical expertise while contributing to the development of staff and playing a key role in the continued success of the firm.

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities.
• Provide tax planning strategies and consulting for a diverse client base.
• Manage multiple priorities and client demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior staff members.
• Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver exceptional client service.

• 4–6 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
• CPA strongly preferred; required for advancement to Partner track.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
