• Lead general ledger activities and play a key role in month‑end and year‑end close
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Support AP, AR, and cash management functions as needed
• Assist with audits, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal reporting
• Partner with leadership to enhance accounting processes and ensure GAAP compliance

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with strong GL and reconciliation skills
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Advanced Excel proficiency; ERP experience (Sage Intacct, Net Suite, SAP, or similar) preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
