An Accounts Payable Coordinator manages the financial aspects of projects by overseeing the accounts payable process for three entities. This role involves processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers and subcontractors.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Collaborates with Sales, Customer Service and Dispatch to resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Assists with close out activities to support the Accounting Team.
• Uploads positive pay checks as required into Cadence Bank Portal.
• All other duties as assigned.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
• High School or general education degree (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting from four-year college or university preferred.
• Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification preferred.
• Up to 2 years of related experience or training required.
• General understanding of principles, practices, and procedures of accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience in Quick Books.
• Detail Orientation.
• Problem Solving.
