Staff Accountant

Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

• Reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Accounts receivable management
• Work-in-process inventory accounting
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Strong use of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

• College degree majoring in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Excellent reconciliation and financial analysis skills
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Detail oriented, organized, and self‑motivated

• Public accounting and/or manufacturing industry background
• Strong ERP experience
• Advanced Excel skills
