Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base within various industries. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities- Provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base within dynamic industries
- Perform tax research and work with clients on tax matters
- Implement special projects related to tax
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with tax engagement teams
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies
- Prepare tax calculations
- Manage client relationships
- Develop staff in a highly interactive team environment
- Lead multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
Master’s in Taxation or JD/LLM is a plus - Active CPA License required
- A minimum of five to seven years of experience in tax from a public accounting firm and/or corporate blend
- Advanced technical and tax accounting skills in the areas of C‑Corp & Partnerships
- Proven leadership skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast‑paced interactive environment
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Effective writing, communication, and tax research skills

CompensationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,500.00 – $ per year.
