Due to our continued growth, we have an Austrian Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) position available for an individual who wants to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic firm and strengthen the Austrian Business Development Team. This role involves significant engagement with our Austrian business development activities.

We have tailored our accounting, auditing, tax, and business consulting services to meet the needs of foreign-owned businesses in the U.S. for over 40 years, mainly serving German-speaking and other foreign companies.

The preferred office location is Charlotte, NC, with our U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, GA, and other offices in Birmingham, AL, Chicago, IL, Cincinnati, OH, Denver, CO, Detroit, MI, Greenville, SC, Houston, TX, and Manhattan, NY.

• Degree in business management, economics, or a related field
• Completed Austrian audit consultant exam (Wirtschaftsprüfer)
• 5-10+ years of audit experience
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Open-minded, with interest in networking and seminars
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Fluent in German & English
• Team player, capable of leading teams
• Knowledge of Austrian GAAP (UGB), IFRS, and US GAAP
• Client-oriented with strong communication skills
• Confident, factual, and collaborative

• Serve as the first contact for our international middle-market clients
• Business development to expand Austrian client base
• Work with Austrian clients in the U.S. on various projects
• Manage audits/reviews under US GAAP, Austrian GAAP, and IFRS
• Lead audit teams independently
• Collaborate with tax consultants
• Advisory on international transactions
• Access to extensive training and US CPA exam support
