District Partners Advisory has been retained to provide supplemental accounting support for a rapidly growing, PE-backed manufacturing company. Due to record demand, recent acquisitions, and expansion into new markets, our client is scaling its finance function to match operational growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an immediate Senior Accountant to step into a high-impact role that blends technical accounting, systems expertise, and project-based consulting. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, private equity environment where your work directly supports decision-making at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Apply technical accounting knowledge to address complex transactions and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the CFO and Controller to strengthen processes and support growth-related initiatives.
• Leverage Sage 300 and Procore to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve data integrity.
• Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights that guide operational and strategic decisions.
• Assist with integration efforts following acquisitions, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Foundation in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional preferred).
• Industry experience in SaaS or manufacturing a plus.
• CPA designation highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong technical accounting skills and ability to work independently in a consulting capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Sage 300 and Procore strongly preferred.
• Excellent communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Industry experience in SaaS or manufacturing a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: $80 – $100/hour (negotiable based on experience).
