• Preparing and distributing invoices to customers and partners
• Supporting revenue recognition, accruals, and reconciliations
• Assisting with billing system improvements and automation
• Reviewing contracts to ensure accurate billing and reporting
• Collaborating across teams to resolve questions and streamline processes
• 4–5 years of accounting experience (oil & gas experience is a plus, not a must)
• Strong Excel skills; quick to learn new systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
