Warehouse Team Leader

• 3+ years experience of hands‑on warehouse supervision in automotive spare parts or high‑SKU warehouses, incl. 1+ years leading 10+ inbound/outbound staff.
• College diploma or above in Logistics, Supply‑Chain or related; CILT(UK) Level 3 or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in WMS / SAP EWM, RF scanning, Excel pivot tables; familiar with Lean / Six Sigma basics.
• Knowledge of UK HSE, ISO 9001, IATF 16949; valid UK FLT Reach & Counterbalance licence.
• Strong coaching, scheduling and problem‑solving skills; able to communicate in English with a multicultural team.
• Fluent English (written & spoken, B2+);
  Chinese or other European languages advantageous.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, resilient; willing to work overtime during peak and occasional night/weekend shifts.
