This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Catering Engineer. The role involves installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen and bar equipment, including gas and electrical systems, refrigeration units, and washware equipment. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, providing on-site repairs, conducting routine maintenance, and offering exceptional customer service. The role includes managing client accounts, sourcing parts for repairs, and maintaining accurate job records.

• Strong background in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to recommend appropriate equipment and solutions to clients
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and effective collaboration with team members
• Proficiency in delivering Training sessions and demonstrating the effective use of equipment
• Technical knowledge and experience with commercial kitchen equipment, gas and electrical systems, refrigeration, and washware
• Relevant qualifications, such as Gas Safe certification, electrical qualifications, or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to work
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
• Prior experience in a similar role or a related field is an advantage
