Multi-Skilled Operatives – Facilities Maintenance

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Operatives – Electricians, PPM Engineers, Multi-traders, M&E Engineers, Gas Engineers.

Salary: £40k – 45k pa, depending on the role and experience, overtime available.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (On-call rota will apply)

The ideal candidates will be based in North West London and surrounding counties.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Electricians, PPM Engineers, Multi-traders, M&E Engineers, Plumbers, Gas Engineers to join facilities maintenance team. You will play a key role in ensuring that buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard across hospitality and retail clients.

• Carry out reactive repairs and some planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across various sites
• Undertake Electrical, plumbing, gas, other multi-trade tasks and general building fabric maintenance tasks – depending on trade
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Liaise with clients and internal teams

• Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or building services role
• Good working knowledge of trade – plumbing, electrical work, gas work, multi-trade etc.
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivalent in a relevant trade (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  Good communication and time management skills

• Experience working in commercial Retail and Hospitality environments (e.g. shops, restaurants, pubs etc.)
