Location: Hounslow & surrounding areas

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Door Entry Engineer to install, service, maintain, and fault‑find door entry and access control systems across residential and commercial properties in Hounslow and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be reliable, technically competent, and customer‑focused.

• Install, service, and maintain door entry and access control systems
• Fault diagnosis and repairs on audio and video door entry systems
• Work on communal residential blocks and commercial premises
• Carry out system upgrades and replacements
• Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations and company standards
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately
• Liaise professionally with clients, residents, housing associations, and management companies
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times

• Proven experience as a Door Entry / Access Control Engineer
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working in residential blocks and communal systems
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Full UK Driving Licence

• ECS or CSCS Card
• IPAF
• Manufacturer‑specific training/certifications
