Role Overview :We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our UK team. This role combines sales expertise, field-driven business development, and technical support within the operating room environment. You will manage a defined territory, nurture key accounts, and drive revenue growth while representing ROCAMED at industry events and professional forums.
Key Responsibilities:- Segment the customer base, plan activities, and monitor action plans to ensure sales targets are met.
- Manage and develop existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth in line with strategic objectives.
- Provide technical support within operating room environments as required.
- Gather and report competitive market intelligence.
- Produce monthly business performance reports.
- Lead and facilitate sales meetings, briefings, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of expense reports.
- Represent ROCAMED at internal and external forums, congresses, educational programs, and professional events.
- Organize high-profile events such as symposiums and workshops
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of sales expertise and mastery of sales techniques.
- Experience in territory account management and field-driven business development.
- Technical knowledge and experience supporting medical devices in operating room environments.
- Strong skills in anticipating, preparing, managing, and following up on tenders/RFPs.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable in a Windows environment
