Business Manager to join our team.

About the Role

Covering the South West territory, you will be responsible
for managing and developing some of the fastest-growing motorcycle brands in
the industry, including Benelli, Keeway, SYM, VOGE, Lambretta, and
Morbidelli. Reporting directly to management, you will play a key role
within our sales and marketing team, working closely with our dealer network to
maximise performance and deliver outstanding customer service.

This role requires a strong commercial approach to dealer
relationships, with a focus on reporting, coaching, and monitoring the
performance of both individual dealerships and the region as a whole.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop
    and expand the South West dealer network.
  • Support
    dealers in maximising sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor
    and report on dealership performance across all areas of the business.
  • Coach
    and guide dealers to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Identify
    and onboard new prospect dealers within your territory.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Passionate
    and enthusiastic about motorcycles.
  • Experienced
    in sales and marketing within a dealer, retail, or distribution
    environment (motorcycle or automotive industry experience preferred).
  • Highly
    professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent
    organisation, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy
    professional with strong computer skills and expertise in using
    social media to deliver impactful results.
