Working as part of the Management Team in this fast‑paced environment, you will bring a culture of memorable service to the retail store, motivating the team and maintaining the excellent standards set throughout the shop.

• Positive, can‑do attitude and confidence to lead from the front, maintaining an excellent level of service throughout the store.
• Experience with in retail, hospitality or leisure management, immersed in a culture of service, putting the customer at the heart of every decision.
• Strong work ethic, willing to work in a high‑volume, high‑pace environment and enjoy the buzz of the shop floor.
• Previous experience in a pace‑focused, delivery‑driven environment is essential.
• Current team leader, supervisor, duty manager or shift leader looking to progress to higher management levels.
• Can‑do attitude, natural confidence, passion for supporting people and achieving in the role.
• No prior management experience required, just strong confidence and the desire to take accountability for running a shift.
• High energy, love of fast‑paced environment, punctual, reliable and ready to go the extra mile to achieve targets.
• Effective planning, time‑management and strong communication skills.

• Help to develop a culture within the store that places the customer at the heart of every decision.
• Provide cover to the management team where required.
• Motivate the team positively and confidently.
• Support the Retail Store Manager in achieving a high‑energy environment that supports company goals and initiatives.
• Inspire the team to achieve maximum performance through teamwork.
• Oversee product availability, maintain stock levels and organise stock.
• Ensure the store delivers excellent retail standards, outstanding freshness and operates safely.
• Act as duty manager to oversee the smooth operation of the store.
• Deal with any customer issues and effectively direct the store.
