• Experience in the fast‑paced world of high‑volume restaurants.
• Hands‑on experience managing hospitality operations.
• Track record of achieving P&L and KPI goals.
• Knowledge of health and safety, licensing laws and other relevant regulations.
• Confident communicator continually refining leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to share your last five years of experience and consent to a criminal record check.
