• Conduct diagnostic assessments and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified time frames
• Mentor and assist junior team members, fostering a collaborative workshop environment
• Work closely with the Workshop Controller, Parts Department, and other technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
