Bar Supervisor

Little Door & Co is looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, late-night environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As Bar Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the bar, leading from the front and setting the standard for service, quality, and atmosphere.

• Supervising bar operations during service

• Leading, motivating, and training bar staff

• Ensuring high standards of drink quality and speed of service

• Managing stock, wastage, and bar organisation

• Supporting with rotas and staff welfare

• Upholding licensing laws, health & safety, and company procedures

• Creating a welcoming, energetic environment for both guests and team members

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head/Senior bartender

• Confident leadership and communication skills

• Strong product knowledge (cocktails, spirits, beer, wine)
