We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a highly successful business that has a very large lead source.

• Access to a very large, consistent supply of high-quality leads
  , with a current conversion rate of approximately 75%
• Admin support provided
• Comprehensive marketing support included, with all associated business and marketing costs covered
• Attractive commission splits ranging from 50% to 80%, depending on lead source and structure
• Designed to maximise earning potential, efficiency, and work-life balance
• Ideal for advisors seeking high volumes, strong support, and reduced overheads

Key responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor with Just Mortgages:

• Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice to clients.
• Assess clients  financial situations and recommend suitable protection products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
  .
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key

Skills:

• Ce Map qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience as an Advisor with a track record of successful client outcomes
  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of Financial Services sales and understanding of compliance regulations
