Refrigeration Engineer - West London

Are you an experienced Refrigeration Engineer looking to join a reputable and growing team? We have an exciting full-time, permanent role based in West London, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

• Competitive salary up to £50,000 basic DOE
• Paid travel time (door-to-door)
• Overtime paid at 1.6x rate
• Additional standby payments through a rota system
• Company van with private use allowed
• 45 hours per week
• Ongoing training and career development support

You’ll be working primarily on a prestigious high-end retail contract, as well as supporting well-known factory sites across Surrey and nearby areas. The position focuses on pack systems, including CO2 (R744) refrigeration systems, so experience with natural refrigerants is highly desirable.

• Refrigeration Engineers with hands‑on experience on pack systems (CO2 experience preferred)
• Holders of F‑Gas certification or equivalent
• Professionals who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a customer‑first approach
• Individuals who are confident working independently and can manage their time effectively
• Ideally based in or around Surrey for easy access to client sites
