A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hayes is seeking a KS2 teacher to join the team from January. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding independent learners, building strong relationships and creating a positive classroom culture.

• Role: KS2 Teacher
• Start Date: First week of January 2026
• Location: UB3, Hayes, West London
• Contract: Full time - January to July (possibility of extension)
• Salary: MPS1 - UPS2 (Outer London Pay Scale)

• As the KS2 teacher, plan and deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress.
• Inspire pupils through clear routines, positive reinforcement and structured expectations.
• Use assessment to identify next steps for learning and support pupils of all abilities.
• Build positive partnerships with families and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Contribute to consistent standards and pupil development across the school.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience as a KS2 Teacher
• Able to build a fair, respectful and encouraging learning environment
• Committed to consistent communication and professional collaboration
