Primary Teacher – Hounslow

Location: Hounslow, West London

Contract: Full-time

Salary: MPS/UPS Outer London, dependent on experience

Phase: Either KS1 / KS2 (depending on applicant)

We are working with a well-regarded 3-form entry primary school in Hounslow that is looking to hire a committed and enthusiastic teacher to start as soon as possible. This role is ideal for experienced teachers, recently qualified teachers (ECTs), or supply teachers who want flexible, rewarding work.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. You will also work collaboratively with school leaders, teaching assistants, and parents to help every pupil succeed.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND or EAL
• Maintain classroom discipline and a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies
• Support extra-curricular activities and school events where possible

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience in primary teaching or is a confident ECT
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Is adaptable, creative, and committed to high standards of teaching
• Works well in a team and communicates effectively with staff and parents
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
