The Role
* Support the SENDCO in leading provision across the school.
* Identify, assess, and monitor pupils with SEND.
* Coordinate interventions and track progress.
* Work with teachers to ensure effective differentiation.
* Liaise with families and external professionals.
* Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations.

* Communicates confidently with staff, families, and pupils.
