Construction Manager

Our client is currently seeking a skilled construction manager to oversee night operations at Heathrow on a long-term contract basis.

• Overseeing and co-ordinating subcontractors on telecoms projects
• Addressing any issues that arise on site and ensuring seamless communication with the morning shift
• Conducting quality and safety checks to maintain high standards of work and compliance
• Managing and supervising your own team

• Experience as an telecoms construction or site manager, or similar roles within the telecoms and construction sector
• Strong background in airport or similar industrial construction management
• Assertive and vigilant with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in conducting quality and safety checks on construction sites
• Exceptional team management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Hours of 22:00-06:00
