Patent Formalities Administrator - Gloucestershire

Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a reputable law firm in Gloucestershire who are seeking a driven Patent Formalities Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? To be successful, you will need demonstratable knowledge and experience working within a similar position. This role would best suit a candidate who has experience working within a busy formalities / records department - 1+ years' experience is preferable. A CIPA Admin qualification would be beneficial, however, this is not essential.

• Monitoring inboxes.
• Preparing and filing patent forms.
• Liaising with clients and intellectual property offices.
• Docketing case information.
• Managing deadlines and diaries.
