Responsibilities- Proficiently operate a range of heavy machinery, including bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and graders, to execute tasks on construction sites with precision and efficiency
- Skillfully manipulate equipment to move, place, and grade materials such as soil, gravel, and other construction materials
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications to perform tasks
- Conduct thorough inspections and routine preventative maintenance on heavy machinery, identifying potential issues early and ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery within a construction environment
- Must have certifications of TWIC and OSHA 10
- A strong understanding of machinery operation, including the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs
